Over the coming weeks we're launching two video competitions - the first one challenges you to replicate this incredible shot.

Finding the back to front shot impossible? You don't have to be a golfing fanatic to enter our second competition - show us something amazing with a golf ball, with or without a golf club!

We'll ask you to upload your videos to this page for the chance to win thousands of pounds in prizes ... so get practicing!
